In his new role, he will support the bank's total rewards strategy by driving compensation programs, performance-based incentives, salary reviews, market benchmarking, and data-driven reward initiatives that enhance employee value and organizational performance. Prior to joining The Saudi Investment Bank, Abdulmajeed served as a Rewards Specialist at SAB, where he played a key role in compensation and benefits, rewards governance, salary analytics, and annual remuneration cycles. Earlier, he gained valuable experience in strategy, control, and corporate cash management, building a strong foundation in financial operations and business analysis. Currently pursuing an MBA at Saudi Electronic University, Abdulmajeed continues to strengthen his strategic leadership and business management capabilities while contributing to the evolving field of total rewards.
