With over 8 years of experience spanning learning & development, AI-enabled capability building, digital product innovation, and organizational transformation, Abdullah has established himself as a forward-thinking professional dedicated to building future-ready workforces. Prior to joining Riyadh Air | طيران الرياض, he played a key role at BAE Systems SDT, where he led the development of AI-powered learning solutions, digital training ecosystems, and data-driven capability programs that enhanced learning effectiveness and organizational performance.
