Starting as a Superintendent and advancing through multiple high-impact leadership roles, Wael has overseen major overhauls and refinery services—driving complex maintenance operations and enabling continuous plant efficiency. With an MBA and a strong foundation in quality and operations management, his promotion reflects both technical mastery and people-centric leadership.
