Abdulaziz Alshirian عبدالعزيز داود الشريان has embarked on a new leadership chapter as Chief Executive Officer at Shory Saudi Arabia. With 17 years of experience spanning banking, technology, food and beverage, trade, and entrepreneurship, he brings a strong track record in business growth, strategic leadership, product innovation, and organisational development. His appointment reflects a career built on driving transformation, scaling operations, and delivering business impact across diverse industries.

Before joining Shory Saudi Arabia, Alshirian served as Group Chief Product Officer at First.tech Group, leading product strategy and execution across global markets. He previously held senior leadership positions at Tameeni | تأميني and THIQAH, progressing through roles in digital product management and business development. His entrepreneurial experience also includes serving as CEO and Co-Founder of The Pancake House Restaurants, where he helped lead the business over several years.

Alshirian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, with a minor in Communication and Media Studies, from Bryant University.
