Khalid Al-Sarhan has taken on an expanded leadership role as Senior Director, HC Governance at Tawuniya, building on an extensive career in human resources and human capital management within the insurance sector. With expertise in HR governance, operational excellence, executive search, compensation, and employee services, he brings substantial experience to strengthening HR frameworks and supporting strategic organizational objectives.

Throughout his 18-year career at Tawuniya, Al-Sarhan has held several key leadership positions, including Senior Director of HC Operations, Head of Human Capital Service Excellence, HR Contracts & Payroll Manager, and Recruitment Manager. His progression across these roles reflects broad experience in human capital operations, recruitment, payroll administration, service delivery, and organizational support. Earlier in his career, he also held administration and sales roles across several organizations, building a diverse professional foundation.

Al-Sarhan holds a Diploma in Business and Insurance Administration from the Universität St.Gallen (HSG) in Switzerland and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resource Management and Organizational Management, from King Abdulaziz University. His extensive industry experience and leadership background position him to contribute to effective human capital governance and continued organizational development.
