Loui Gazzaz has taken on a new professional chapter as HR Operations Officer at Savola Foods Company

Loui Gazzaz has taken on a new professional chapter as HR Operations Officer at Savola Foods Company, bringing more than two years of experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and organizational support.

Prior to joining Savola Foods Company, Gazzaz spent nearly three years with IKK Group – Isam Khairi Kabbani Group, progressing from Administrative Assistant to Human Resources Coordinator and then HR Operations Officer. His experience includes managing employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, leave and business travel, employee relations, operational reporting, and policy compliance. He also served as a Liaison Supervisor at Kidana | كدانة during the Hajj season, supporting operational coordination and incident management. Earlier in his career, he worked as an Accountant at Tahnah Cafe and as a Barista at 8oz Coffee.

Gazzaz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Financial Markets from Umm Al-Qura University, complementing his professional experience with a strong foundation in financial and organizational operations.
