Abdullah Almousa Promoted to Offerings & M&A Officer at Capital Market Authority

Abdullah Almousa has been promoted to Offering, Mergers & Acquisitions Officer I at the Capital Market Authority, marking another significant milestone in his career within Saudi Arabia’s capital markets sector. His promotion reflects his continued contributions to regulatory excellence, capital market development, and corporate transactions across the Kingdom.

Since joining the Capital Market Authority, Abdullah has progressed from the Graduate Development Program (Listed Companies & Investment Products Deputy) to Offering, Mergers & Acquisitions Officer, and now to Offering, Mergers & Acquisitions Officer I. Throughout his journey, he has developed strong expertise in IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis, regulatory compliance, and investment products, supporting the advancement of Saudi Arabia’s financial ecosystem.

Prior to CMA, Abdullah worked as a Risk Management Analyst at the Saudi Investment Recycling Company (SIRC) and completed his cooperative training at The Financial Academy. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Investment with First Class Honors from Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University (IMSIU), demonstrating a strong academic and professional foundation in finance and capital markets.
