Hamad Al-Ghamdi has been appointed as Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Confidential Careers, marking a significant progression in his finance career and further strengthening his expertise in FP&A, financial reporting, project finance, and strategic business partnering.

Al-Ghamdi brings extensive experience across financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, project profitability, governance, and cost optimization. His previous leadership at Acwa included financial oversight of four major projects with a combined portfolio value exceeding SAR 10 billion, alongside responsibility for executive reporting, statutory financial statements, treasury operations, tax compliance, and Board Audit Committee support.

His earlier experience at G4S, The National Commercial Bank – AlahliNCB, and Nahdi Medical Co. further developed his expertise across accounting, financial analysis, facilities management, project coordination, and operational finance. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from King Abdulaziz University.
