Faisal Al-Sarraj Promoted to KSA Country Senior Partner at PwC Middle East

Faisal Al-Sarraj has stepped into a new leadership chapter as KSA Country Senior Partner at PwC Middle East, marking another significant milestone in a distinguished career spanning more than 27 years across management consulting, banking, transformation, and performance improvement.

A seasoned management consultant and the first Saudi management consulting Partner within PwC Middle East, Faisal brings extensive expertise in program and project management, strategy execution, transformation, and leadership.

Prior to this appointment, he served as PwC KSA Deputy Country Senior Partner and Transformation Management Partner – Management Consulting, advising organizations on business transformation and establishing effective project and transformation management structures.

His earlier leadership experience at Arab National Bank and Samba Financial Group further adds depth to his expertise in digital banking, operational excellence, business strategy, and technology-enabled transformation.
