Alawi Alsadah has been appointed as Member of the Board Audit Committee at tree, marking another significant milestone in his distinguished career across internal audit, risk management, governance, and financial assurance.

With extensive leadership experience in internal audit, Alawi has served as Chief Internal Auditor at Tawuniya, alongside his role as Audit Committee Secretary. His professional journey also includes progressive leadership positions at Acwa Power, where he served as Director and Senior Manager of Internal Audit. His expertise spans risk management assurance, financial reporting, internal controls, governance, and audit leadership across the insurance and utilities sectors.

Alawi Alsadah holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Accounting from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals – KFUPM, providing a strong academic foundation for his leadership in audit, governance, and financial management.
