Ahmad Al-Ofi Promoted to Director at Maaden

Ahmad Al-Ofi has been promoted to Director at Maaden, marking a significant milestone in his career across investment readiness, business evaluation, project management, and capital planning. In his new role, he is focused on strengthening investment readiness for capital projects, enhancing decision-making, improving project maturity, and driving effective stage-gate governance across the portfolio.

Before taking on this leadership position, Al-Ofi served as Business Evaluation Manager at Maaden, following an extensive 10-year tenure at Saudi aramco as Planning Engineer / Acting Work Director. His experience in developing business cases, pre-FEED designs, economic evaluations, and capital planning has built a strong foundation across complex projects within the energy and industrial sectors.

Al-Ofi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals – KFUPM, complemented by extensive expertise in business evaluation, financial analysis, project planning, and investment decision-making.
