Alina Lalji has joined GreenShield as Director, Strategy Development & Execution, taking the next step in an impressive career focused on healthcare strategy, innovation, and organizational transformation.

Prior to joining GreenShield, Alina spent more than 6 years with Accenture as Manager, Health Strategy, where she partnered with leading organizations across the healthcare, insurance, and public sectors. Her work spanned growth strategy, operating model design, digital innovation, product development, experience transformation, and large-scale strategic planning. Alongside her corporate career, she continues to champion community impact through her leadership role with the Aga Khan Youth & Sports Board for Canada, driving initiatives that promote sports, wellness, and community engagement.

A graduate of Ivey Business School at Western University, Alina brings a unique blend of business strategy and engineering expertise.
