Naif Aldosary Appointed as Head of Talent Acquisition at DallahHealth

Naif Aldosary begins an exciting new chapter as Head of Talent Acquisition at DallahHealth, bringing years of expertise in talent acquisition, executive hiring, workforce planning, and recruitment strategy. In his new leadership role, he will play a key part in strengthening the organization’s talent pipeline, enhancing employer branding, and driving strategic hiring initiatives to support continued business growth.

Prior to this appointment, Naif served as Talent Acquisition Manager at Al Rajhi Takaful, where he led end-to-end recruitment operations, optimized sourcing strategies, and contributed to building high-performing teams. His career also includes talent acquisition leadership roles at channels by stc, Olayan Saudi Holding Company, and Al Rajhi Takaful, giving him extensive experience across the healthcare, telecommunications, and financial services sectors.

Naif holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wisconsin–Stout, providing a strong academic foundation that complements his proven expertise in talent management, recruitment operations, and organizational growth.
