Abdullah Alqarni Appointed as HR Supervisor at Almarai – المراعي

Abdullah Alqarni, CIPD L3 has embarked on an exciting new chapter in his HR career, joining Almarai – المراعي as an HR Supervisor.

With extensive experience across HR operations, employee relations, payroll management, recruitment, and regulatory compliance, Abdullah has established himself as a well-rounded HR professional with a strong command of Saudi labor regulations and modern HR technologies. Prior to joining Almarai – المراعي, he held leadership roles in employee relations and payroll supervision, where he successfully managed HR operations, workforce planning, recruitment, compliance, and organizational policies while driving operational excellence.

In his new role, Abdullah will oversee HR operations, support workforce planning and Saudization initiatives, manage recruitment and employee relations, ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen organizational performance and employee experience.
