Alex Salter – FCIPD has embarked on an exciting new leadership journey as Vice President Human Resources at Dubai Holding.

With more than two decades of international HR leadership experience across the Middle East and the UK, Alex has built a distinguished career driving workforce transformation, organizational growth, and people-centric business strategies. Prior to joining Dubai Holding, he served as Chief People Officer at Contango and spent nearly a decade with PwC Middle East, where he held the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), leading HR operations across 16 jurisdictions and supporting more than 12,000 employees.

Renowned for her expertise in HR transformation, talent strategy, digital HR modernization, leadership development, governance, and nationalization initiatives, Alex brings a proven track record of aligning people strategies with long-term business success. In her new role, she is well-positioned to strengthen Dubai Holding’s people agenda, foster a high-performance culture, and accelerate organizational excellence across the group.
