Sultan AlRoggi Promoted to Industrialisation Director at BAE Systems Saudi Arabia

Sultan AlRoggi has been promoted to Industrialisation Director at BAE Systems Saudi Arabia, marking another significant milestone in his distinguished career within the aerospace and defense industry.

With more than a decade of experience spanning aviation industrialisation, engineering leadership, technology transfer, project management, and continuing airworthiness, Sultan has consistently played a pivotal role in advancing Saudi Arabia’s aerospace capabilities. Throughout his journey at BAE Systems Saudi Arabia, he has successfully progressed through multiple leadership positions, including Head of Support Delivery, Head of Engineering & Integration – Future Fighter, Head of Engineering – Typhoon Programme, and Engineering Manager – Typhoon Industrialisation, contributing to strategic defense programs and the development of in-Kingdom industrial capabilities.

In his new role as Industrialisation Director, Sultan will lead initiatives focused on strengthening localization, industrial capability development, technology transfer, and engineering excellence—supporting Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 ambitions and the continued growth of the Kingdom’s defense and aerospace ecosystem.
