Faisal M. Alsoaib has been promoted to Associate Director of Governance & Board Affairs at EJADA, marking a significant milestone in his career in corporate governance and compliance. His promotion reflects extensive expertise in governance frameworks, board affairs, regulatory compliance, policy development, and legal advisory, reinforcing his role in advancing governance excellence and organizational accountability.

Prior to this promotion, Alsoaib served as Corporate Governance Manager and Secretary of the ICC Committee at EJADA, where he led governance initiatives, supported board and committee operations, and strengthened governance policies and regulatory compliance. Earlier, he spent more than 4 years at the National Development Fund (NDF), progressing through the roles of Compliance Officer, Corporate Governance & Compliance Specialist, and Corporate Governance Associate, contributing to governance frameworks, compliance programs, and enterprise-wide policy development. He began his professional journey as a Legal Counsel at Mohammed AlSoaib & Partners Law Firm, building a strong foundation in legal affairs, commercial contracts, and regulatory advisory.

Alsoaib holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Dar Al Uloom University, providing the legal and governance expertise that continues to support his leadership in corporate governance, board affairs, and compliance.
