Joshua Daniel Appointed as Investment Banking Analyst at National Bank of Canada Capital Markets

Joshua Daniel has been appointed as Investment Banking Analyst at National Bank of Canada Capital Markets, where he will be part of the Power, Utilities & Infrastructure (PU&I) team. This appointment marks a significant milestone in his growing career in investment banking and capital markets.

Prior to joining National Bank of Canada Capital Markets, Joshua gained extensive transaction and advisory experience through multiple roles at Deloitte, including Rotational Analyst, M&A Advisory Analyst, Financial Crime & AML Analyst, and Campus Ambassador. He also completed a Private Equity Analyst internship at Vertu Capital, further strengthening his expertise in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, value creation, and financial advisory.

Joshua Daniel earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance (Co-op) with a Minor in Economics from the Ted Rogers School of Management – Toronto Metropolitan University. During his academic journey, he was recognized as the Class of 2020 Valedictorian, a 2x Honour Roll Student, and held several student leadership roles, reflecting both academic excellence and leadership potential.
