Naif Alobaid Promoted to Deputy General Manager of Legal Affairs at SASO, Saudi Standards Metrology and Quality Organization

Naif Alobaid, LLB, LLM has been promoted to Deputy General Manager of Legal Affairs at SASO, Saudi Standards Metrology and Quality Organization, marking another significant achievement in his distinguished legal and governance career.

With more than 7 years of experience in legal affairs, regulatory compliance, governance, policy development, and contract management, Naif has played a pivotal role in strengthening SASO’s legal framework. Throughout his journey, he has successfully led legal governance initiatives, managed complex regulatory matters, supervised board governance, and supported strategic decision-making across the organization.

Before stepping into his new executive role, he served as Director of the Legal Support Department, where he spearheaded governance processes, legal operations, procurement and contractual compliance, regulatory policy development, and organizational legal strategy. His expertise in legislation, legal risk management, and institutional governance has consistently contributed to enhancing operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
