Kritika brings a strong blend of strategic consulting, business leadership, and entrepreneurial experience to her new role. Prior to this appointment, she was part of Alvarez & Marsal, where she progressed from Analyst to Senior Associate, contributing to complex business transformation and advisory engagements across the region. Her professional journey also includes co-founding a startup and serving as Vice Chair, MENA Region for YPO Next Generation, reflecting her passion for leadership and innovation.

As a member of the Founding Team, Middle East, Kritika will play a key role in expanding Heads Up For Tails’ regional footprint, driving market growth, strengthening strategic partnerships, and supporting the brand’s vision across the Middle East.
