Fahad AlRasheed has embarked on a new chapter as Acting Manager – Reconciliation & Monitoring at STC Bank, reflecting a notable progression in his career across digital banking operations, financial reconciliation, and operational excellence.

He brings a strong and steadily advancing background in reconciliation, settlement operations, financial controls, and accounting, built across the banking, fintech, and food sectors. Within STC Bank, Fahad has progressed through a series of increasingly responsible roles, including Reconciliation & Monitoring Senior Specialist, Reconciliation & Settlement Specialist, and previously Reconciliation & Settlement Officer, demonstrating his consistent contribution to monitoring frameworks, operational quality, and process efficiency. His experience also includes serving as Reconciliation & Settlement Specialist at stc pay, where he strengthened his expertise in digital financial operations, settlement accuracy, and reconciliation processes in a fintech environment. Earlier in his career, he worked as an Accounts Receivable Accountant at Tanmiah Food Company and as an Accountant at Almarshad Trading Company | شركة المرشد للتجارة, where he built a strong grounding in core accounting, receivables, and finance operations. Over time, this journey has shaped him into a finance and operations professional with a strong command of reconciliation processes, monitoring controls, and continuous improvement within high-volume business environments.

Fahad earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, equipping him with the academic foundation that supports his growing leadership in financial operations and banking controls.
