Deema A. has embarked on a new chapter as People Experience Manager at Alshaya Group, marking a significant milestone in her professional journey within Human Resources and employee experience transformation.
She brings over eight years of progressive HR experience across multiple domains including People Experience, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition. In her current role at Alshaya Group, she is responsible for leading people experience strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and driving HR transformation initiatives that align with organizational goals. Previously, she served as People Services Manager, where she oversaw HR service delivery and supported strategic HR initiatives across the organization. Before that, as HR Operations Manager, she contributed to improving operational efficiency and strengthening HR processes. Her earlier roles as HR Supervisor, HRS Officer, HRS Coordinator, and Payroll Coordinator allowed her to build strong expertise in HR policies, payroll administration, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations. Her early experience as a Summer Trainee at Riyad Bank provided her with valuable exposure to the corporate environment, customer interaction, and foundational business operations.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Accounting and Business/Management) from Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University, which has supported her strong analytical and organizational foundation in the HR field.
