Khalil Al Nasser is a forward-thinking Talent Acquisition professional with strong expertise in modern recruitment practices, combining human insight with emerging technologies such as Generative AI and Machine Learning to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience. He currently serves as Talent Acquisition Specialist at EJADA, where he partners with hiring managers and key stakeholders to design and execute strategic recruitment initiatives, ensuring the attraction and onboarding of top-tier talent while maintaining compliance and delivering a seamless recruitment journey. Previously, he worked at Saudi Ceramics as a Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Specialist, where he managed end-to-end recruitment operations, built strong talent pipelines, improved candidate experience, and contributed to ATS and SAP-based recruitment processes. Earlier in his career at machinestalk, he progressed from Recruitment Officer to Talent Acquisition Officer, where he handled full-cycle recruitment, stakeholder coordination, employer branding activities, and large-scale hiring strategies, strengthening organizational workforce capabilities. He also gained foundational HR exposure through an internship with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development – KSA Development, supporting his development in HR operations and workforce practices.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from King Khalid University and is currently advancing his expertise through a Level 5 CIPD qualification in Organizational Learning and Development, strengthening his foundation in strategic HR and people development.
