Eng. Abdulrahman Barasheed, MSc has joined the Saudi Electricity Regulatory Authority as Team Lead, Organizational Excellence, marking another significant milestone in his distinguished career spanning organizational excellence, quality management, governance, operational improvement, and performance management.

With extensive experience across prominent public and healthcare sector organizations, including the Saudi Electricity Regulatory Authority, General Authority for Military Industries (GAMI), Ministry of Interior – KSA, Batterjee Medical College, and King Abdullah Medical Complex – Jeddah, Abdulrahman has established himself as a recognized professional in driving organizational transformation, operational excellence, accreditation, governance frameworks, and strategic performance initiatives.

Prior to his new role, he served as Senior Organizational Excellence Specialist at GAMI, where he contributed to advancing excellence frameworks, operational effectiveness, and institutional performance. Throughout his career, he has successfully led initiatives related to quality management systems, corporate governance, accreditation programs, performance measurement, strategic improvement, and organizational development, helping organizations strengthen operational maturity and achieve sustainable excellence.

Abdulrahman holds a Master’s Degree in Quality Management from the University of Nottingham and is backed by an impressive portfolio of globally recognized certifications, including CMQ/OE, CPHQ, PMP®, C-KPI, GRCP, and Prosci®.
