Samer Abualsoud has been appointed as Project Manager – Supply Chain (PMO) at Starlinks, marking a significant milestone in his professional journey across supply chain, procurement, and entrepreneurship.

With over a decade of diverse experience, Samer has built a strong reputation in strategic management, operational efficiency, and startup leadership. Prior to his current role, he co-founded Jmaa | جَمعَة, Saudi Arabia’s emerging collective commerce platform, where he focused on building innovative procurement solutions and enhancing group buying experiences. He also served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Antler, contributing to early-stage venture development and startup ecosystem growth. Alongside his entrepreneurial journey, he held key supply chain leadership roles at Sandoz and co-founded Blka | بلكة, where he played a vital role in driving operational strategy, demand chain management, and business expansion. His experience also includes leading large-scale PMO and supply chain projects, including aviation inventory governance at Starlinks, where he is currently contributing as a project manager.

Samer holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College of Business & Entrepreneurship – MBSC and a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, reflecting his strong academic foundation in business operations and strategic management.
