Mohammed Alkaltham, MBA, MDBI, has stepped into a new leadership chapter as an Expert in International Relations & Strategic Partnerships at the Ministry of Finance, Saudi Arabia. With a strong foundation in international project management, regulatory affairs, and cross-border strategic collaboration, he continues to play a key role in strengthening global partnerships and advancing national-level strategic initiatives aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.

Throughout his professional journey, he has built a distinguished career at the Communications, Space & Technology Commission (CST), where he led international collaboration and negotiation initiatives, contributed to bilateral and multilateral MoUs, and supported the Kingdom’s positioning in global ICT regulatory frameworks. His work has consistently focused on enabling digital transformation, policy alignment, and international stakeholder engagement at the highest level.

Earlier in his career at Takamol Holding, he led multiple strategic projects, innovation initiatives, and performance-driven programs that enhanced operational efficiency and organizational development. His expertise spans project lifecycle management, governance, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning across government and semi-government ecosystems.

With an International MBA and Master in Digital Business & Innovation from IE Business School, Spain, he brings a strong global academic foundation that complements his practical experience in international negotiations, digital transformation, and public sector innovation.
