Rahaf Al Badah has advanced into a new leadership chapter as Design Development Assistant Manager at Dan – PIF Company, where she continues to contribute to large-scale hospitality development initiatives focused on design governance, scalability, and strategic execution across Saudi Arabia’s evolving development landscape.
With a strong background in interior design, development coordination, and business strategy, she brings a unique ability to bridge creative vision with structured delivery systems. Her work focuses on transforming design from isolated project execution into scalable frameworks that ensure consistency, efficiency, and brand alignment across multiple developments.
At Dan – PIF Company, she has been instrumental in driving design governance across franchised hospitality assets, developing standardized toolkits, startup packages, and review frameworks that support multi-project rollout. Her role also involves coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between design intent, operational performance, and development objectives.
Previously, she worked across project and design development functions, where she managed hospitality proof-of-concept projects, coordinated with consultants and authorities, and supported the rollout of prefabricated and modular development strategies. Alongside this, she is the Founder of Rahaf Design Studio, where she leads end-to-end interior and concept development projects, reinforcing her entrepreneurial and creative leadership capabilities.
Her earlier experience in business development roles further strengthened her expertise in market analysis, strategic partnerships, and proposal development, giving her a well-rounded perspective that integrates design, business, and delivery.
