With more than 12 years of experience across Saudi Arabia’s leading banking institutions, AlJawhrah has established herself as a prominent HR and talent management leader.
Since joining alinma, she has successfully progressed from Director, Head of Learning & Talent Management Department to Executive Director, leading transformative initiatives focused on employee experience, succession planning, leadership development, organizational health, and human capital transformation.
Throughout her career, she has spearheaded high-impact programs including enterprise-wide employee experience frameworks, bank-wide succession strategies, capability development models, leadership acceleration programs, and HR analytics-driven transformation initiatives.
