Mounir Kaddouri Appointed as Learning Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C.

MOUNIR KADDOURI is a distinguished Learning & Development leader with nearly a decade of global experience in luxury hospitality, specializing in building high-performing teams and designing impactful learning ecosystems across world-renowned hotel brands.

He currently serves as Learning Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C., where he is responsible for driving strategic learning initiatives, enhancing leadership development frameworks, and ensuring operational excellence across luxury hospitality environments. His focus lies in creating structured yet innovative training systems that elevate guest experience standards and strengthen organizational capability.

Prior to this, he held the role of Cluster Learning & Development Manager at Sindalah (NEOM), where he successfully led large-scale training programs for over 1,200 employees across multiple luxury resorts, significantly improving onboarding efficiency, performance outcomes, and guest satisfaction scores. Before that, he served as Learning & Development Manager at The St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat Resort, where he played a key role in talent development, leadership training, and brand standards alignment across the property.

He also contributed to Marriott Marquis City Center Doha as Multi-Property Training Manager and began his journey in luxury hospitality L&D with Le Méridien City Center, Doha, where he built strong foundations in pre-opening training frameworks and operational learning systems.

Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration in Human Resources Development from SSBM Geneva, he combines academic depth with global field expertise to advance modern learning strategies in luxury hospitality.
