Katerina Vakulenko Appointed as Cluster Associate Director of Sales at Marriott International

Katerina Vakulenko brings a strong legacy of excellence in luxury hospitality sales and strategic account leadership, marked by consistent growth across some of the world’s most prestigious hotel brands.

She currently serves as Cluster Associate Director of Sales at Marriott International, overseeing high-value resort and luxury property portfolios including Nujuma, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, The St. Regis Red Sea Resort, The Red Sea EDITION, and The Ritz-Carlton AMAALA. In this role, she is responsible for driving cluster-level sales strategy, strengthening key partnerships, and maximizing revenue performance across ultra-luxury destinations.

Prior to this, she held multiple leadership positions within Marriott International and W Dubai – The Palm, where she led leisure sales, managed key accounts, and delivered strong commercial performance across competitive international markets. Her journey reflects progressive growth from sales and marketing roles into senior leadership, with a proven ability to build long-term client relationships and execute high-impact revenue strategies across global hospitality brands.

She holds a Specialist degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from the Russian State University of Tourism & Hospitality, forming the foundation of her expertise in luxury hospitality operations and commercial leadership.
