With a strong track record in digital strategy, AI transformation, and telecom innovation, Raed has led high-impact engagements across the Middle East, including national AI programs, next-generation digital infrastructure strategies, and large-scale corporate transformations. His work has involved close collaboration with senior government stakeholders, shaping strategic initiatives at the highest levels.

Prior to this role, he served as Project Leader and Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and earlier as a Strategy Consultant at Strategy&, where he contributed to multiple regional transformation projects across industries.
