Waleed Alghamdi

Waleed Alghamdi, MBA Candidate, PMP®, RMP®, Prosci®, has been promoted to Lead, People Lab (People Analytics & Research) at Elm Company, marking a significant step in his transformation leadership journey within people analytics and AI-driven organizational development.

He is a seasoned Transformation Consultant and Culture & Strategy expert with over 15+ large-scale transformation projects across the MENA region, partnering with more than 20 organizations to drive enterprise-wide change. His career at Elm Company has evolved through progressive roles, including Senior Culture & Employee Experience, Culture & Employee Experience Assistant Manager, and now as the lead of the People Lab. In his current role, he is building a centralized AI-powered data ecosystem, developing predictive analytics models to forecast organizational risks such as turnover and burnout, and establishing a research hub in collaboration with leading universities to advance people analytics practices. Previously, he played a key role in designing Elm’s AI-powered “Najd” chatbot, delivering cost savings of over SAR 1M and transforming it into a scalable product. His expertise spans culture transformation, employee experience design, M&A integration frameworks, and strategic HR operating model development. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Business Analyst and Consultant at Baseqat Arabia Consulting, where he led major culture transformation initiatives for leading regional organizations including STC Group, Mobily, SANS, and GEA, while also developing CRM systems, sales cycle optimization frameworks, and change management strategies.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Jeddah and is currently pursuing an MBA at Gies College of Business – University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, further strengthening his strategic and leadership capabilities in business transformation and analytics.
