Eng. Theb Alkahtani Promoted as General Manager of Strategic Partnerships at Saudi Water Authority

Eng. Theb Alkahtani , PMP , CSSBB, has been appointed as General Manager of Strategic Partnerships & International Cooperation at Saudi Water Authority, marking a significant leadership milestone in advancing global collaboration and water sector innovation in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.

With extensive experience across government and industrial sectors, he brings strong expertise in strategic partnerships, international cooperation, business development, and large-scale transformation initiatives. His leadership journey spans key national institutions including the Ministry of Investment, SWCC_KSA, Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, and the Saudi Water Authority.

Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in building international partnerships, structuring agreements, leading investment initiatives, and representing the Kingdom in global forums and bilateral engagements. His contributions have consistently supported economic diversification, privatization programs, and strategic national development goals.
