Prior to this, Raymond spent nearly six years at Booz Allen Hamilton, advancing from Consultant to Senior Associate, gaining extensive experience in strategy, operations, and advisory services. Earlier in his career, he built a strong technical foundation at Cisco, where he worked across hardware and software engineering roles, contributing to next-generation routing systems, automation tools, and large-scale system optimization.
