Mohannad AL- Turki has taken on a new leadership role as General Manager, Digital Governance & Enablement at the Saudi Central Bank – SAMA, marking a significant milestone in his journey of driving digital transformation and governance excellence.

With over 15 years of experience across leading institutions including THIQAH, alrajhi bank, and King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST), Mohannad has consistently operated at the intersection of business and technology—enabling organizations to enhance strategic execution, strengthen governance frameworks, and deliver high-impact transformation initiatives.

Prior to this role, he served as Product Delivery Management Director at THIQAH, where he led large-scale portfolio and program management initiatives, building robust delivery models and optimizing organizational performance. His expertise spans digital governance, program & portfolio management, and enterprise transformation, with a strong focus on aligning technology initiatives with strategic and regulatory priorities.
