Adi Alrosini, MSc-HI, PMP®, CSSBB has achieved a significant career milestone with his promotion to Senior Program Manager – Strategic Portfolios at Lean Business Services. With a strong track record in leading complex, high-impact programs, Adi continues to demonstrate excellence in strategic portfolio management and digital transformation within the healthcare sector.

Over the years, he has successfully led large-scale initiatives, including the implementation of Epic HIS at King Fahad Medical City – KFMC and the launch of the National Organ Donation and Transplantation System in collaboration with the Saudi Center for Organ Transplantation (SCOT). These experiences have further strengthened his expertise in program delivery, systems implementation, and stakeholder management.
