Mohammed Alshareef’s professional journey reflects a well-rounded progression across human resources functions, with a strong focus on business partnering, talent management, learning & development, and organizational growth. Recently promoted to HR Business Partner at Hadya Group, he has demonstrated consistent advancement within the organization, previously serving as Senior Human Resource Specialist where he contributed extensively to L&D initiatives, organizational development programs, and talent strategies. His work involved conducting training needs analysis, designing and delivering impactful learning programs, and evaluating their effectiveness to ensure alignment with business objectives. Alongside this, he played a key role in organizational assessments, change management initiatives, employee engagement strategies, and compliance with HR policies and regulations. Prior to Hadya Group, he built a solid foundation at The Venue Hotel, where he progressed into Assistant Manager HR and Senior HR Generalist roles, gaining broad experience across HR operations, employee relations, and rewards programs. His earlier experience at Rama Medical Group and Binladin Woodwork Factory further strengthened his expertise in recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and organizational development, shaping him into a strategic and people-focused HR professional.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Royal Commission for Yanbu Colleges & Institutes, along with a CIPD Diploma in HR Management, equipping him with globally recognized expertise and a strong academic foundation in modern HR practices.
