Halah Alotaibi, C-SBP, KPI-P has been appointed as Strategy Development Assistant Manager at stc, marking a significant milestone in her strategic leadership journey.

With solid experience in strategy development, execution, and project management, Halah brings a strong background in driving organizational initiatives and supporting long-term business planning. Prior to this role, she served as Strategy Senior Specialist at the وزارة الثقافة Ministry of Culture, where she contributed to strategic planning and execution across key initiatives. She also spent over four years at stc as Senior General Project Analyst and General Project Analyst, gaining extensive experience in project analysis, strategic alignment, and performance execution, along with early professional exposure through an internship at SAB. Her career reflects a consistent focus on delivering structured strategies and impactful organizational outcomes.

Halah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from King Saud University with First-Class Honors, reinforcing her strong academic and strategic foundation.
