Hani Saeed Alahmed Alghamdi has taken on a new leadership responsibility as Audit Committee Chairman at Al Etihad Cooperative Insurance Co, further strengthening his extensive portfolio across governance, audit, and executive leadership. With over 23 years of experience in external audit, internal audit, and risk management—including roles within Big 4 firms—he continues to play a pivotal role in driving strong governance and financial oversight at both organizational and board levels.

Alongside this appointment, Hani serves as Group Chief Executive Officer at FADEN Wood, leading one of Saudi Arabia’s prominent groups operating across construction, manufacturing, investments, and media. His leadership journey also includes key roles as Board Member and Audit Committee Member at FADEN CONTRACTING LTD, Investment Committee Member at Hail Region Development Authority, and Audit Committee Member at Wave Media KSA, where he contributes to strategic decision-making, risk management frameworks, and organizational growth initiatives.

Academically, Hani is currently pursuing a PhD in Risk and Crisis Management from Cairo University, complementing his Master’s in Professional Accounting & Finance from King AbdulAziz University, reflecting his strong commitment to continuous learning and excellence in governance, risk, and leadership.
