Raneem Aladwani Appointed as Placement Executive – Power & Energy at Marsh IMEA

Raneem Aladwani has been appointed as Placement Executive, Power and Energy at Marsh IMEA, marking an important step in her professional journey within the global risk and insurance advisory sector. In this role, she will contribute to structuring and placing complex insurance solutions for clients in the power and energy industry, supporting risk management strategies across the region.

Raneem has been part of Marsh McLennan’s Graduate Development Program, gaining experience across specialized insurance areas including Financial and Professional Liability and Power and Energy. Her work has focused on understanding risk frameworks, supporting placement strategies, and strengthening client focused insurance solutions.

Alongside her corporate experience, she has contributed to governance and legal initiatives through roles such as Legal Lead Pro Bono at Saudi Youth for Sustainability and as a Trainee Lawyer in Alternative Dispute Resolution at the Ministry of Justice – KSA in Saudi Arabia. These experiences strengthened her expertise in legal frameworks, governance, and regulatory compliance.

Raneem holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from King Saud University and continues to build her expertise at the intersection of law, insurance, and risk advisory.
