Gracia Aziz Appointed as Legal Associate – Office of the General Counsel at PwC

Gracia Aziz has begun a new chapter as Legal Associate in the Office of the General Counsel at PwC, contributing to legal advisory and corporate governance matters within the firm. Prior to joining PwC, she gained diverse legal experience through several prominent internships across Paris. She served as a Trainee Lawyer at DLA Piper, working on intellectual property, technology, and commercial law matters, and earlier completed a Trainee Lawyer role at BCTG Avocats focusing on IT and data protection regulations, including GDPR and other key EU digital frameworks. She also worked as an IT Legal Intern at L’Oréal, where she supported IT contract drafting and legal research for technology-related projects. Additionally, she gained experience in digital and consumer law as a Legal Intern at FEVAD, handling e-commerce disputes and regulatory matters related to online commerce.

Gracia holds a Master’s degree in E-Commerce and Digital Economy Law from University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, graduating with Distinction. She also earned a Master’s degree in Business Law from Saint Joseph University of Beirut through the Collège de Droit Excellence Program, building a strong academic foundation in international business, digital regulation, and technology law.
