A pharmacist by education with strong operational acumen, Moataz currently leads end-to-end supply chain operations for Novartis’ Regional HQ in Saudi Arabia and UAE, overseeing planning, logistics, procurement, distribution, and operational excellence across key markets. His career spans leadership roles with global and regional industry players including Eli Lilly and Company (KSA), Ebn Sina Medical, and Al Khayyat Investments (AKI)(Alphamed). Beyond operations, he has represented the region as an international speaker at global cold chain and pharmaceutical forums in Boston, Canada, and Dubai—demonstrating his thought leadership in resilient healthcare supply networks.
