Tariq Dowidar has been promoted to Regional Vice President, KSA at Aleph Hospitality, marking another significant milestone in a distinguished hospitality career spanning more than 27 years.

A seasoned executive with extensive expertise in hotel operations, finance, and business support, Tariq has consistently delivered strong P&L performance, operational excellence, and strategic growth across the Kingdom. His leadership is characterized by organizational alignment, disciplined cost management, and the development of high performing teams.

Prior to joining Aleph Hospitality, Tariq held senior leadership positions at IHG Hotels & Resorts, including Area General Manager for Government Hotels in Saudi Arabia and General Manager at InterContinental Riyadh. His background in finance and accounting has played a pivotal role in driving profitability while maintaining strong owner and stakeholder relationships.

In his expanded regional role, Tariq will continue to strengthen Aleph Hospitality’s presence across Saudi Arabia, supporting portfolio growth, operational strategy, and long term value creation in one of the region’s fastest growing hospitality markets.
