Rashed Alotay Joins as Management Development Specialist at Confidential Government

Rashed Alotay, CAPM ® has stepped into a new professional chapter as a Management Development Specialist at Confidential Government, marking another milestone in his growing journey within project management, business analysis, and organizational development.

Prior to this role, he served as IT Project Manager at sccc by stc, where he built a PMO function from the ground up, standardized governance frameworks, and led strategic initiatives including data-center migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and disaster-recovery implementations. Alongside this, he worked as General Manager at Ahaji_Sa, overseeing operations, HR processes, marketing strategy, outsourcing partnerships, and product expansion projects. Earlier, he gained structured exposure through internships at NCGR – National Center for Government Resources Sys. in enterprise excellence and HRcom in customer success, strengthening his capabilities in process documentation, client management, and organizational performance.

Rashed Alotay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems with First Class Honors from King Saud University, and is also CAPM® certified — a credential that reinforces his strong foundation in structured project delivery, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
