Ahmad Balubaid Promoted to Senior National Key Account Manager at L’Oréal
Ahmad Balubaid has stepped into an elevated leadership role as Senior National Key Account Manager at L’Oréal, marking a major milestone in his fast-rising career across commercial strategy, account growth, and market expansion within the FMCG sector.
With a strong foundation in key account leadership, Ahmad previously served as National Key Account Manager handling major retail partners including Al-Nahdi and Panda, where he consistently delivered revenue growth, improved P&L performance, negotiated high-value contracts, and drove category expansion strategies. Earlier, at Panda Retail Company – Savola Group, he progressed through multiple roles including Category Manager, Assistant Category Manager, and Supplier Management Specialist, overseeing portfolios of more than 125 accounts, managing budgets, forecasting demand, leading promotional planning, and executing data-driven category strategies. His early career experience also includes technical and operational exposure at Johnson Controls Arabia, training at Yanbu Aramco Sinopec Refining Company (YASREF) Ltd., and brand promotion assignments with Lemonact Agency, where he built strong analytical, operational, and client-facing capabilities that continue to shape his commercial success today.
Academically, Ahmad Balubaid holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from King AbdulAziz University and further strengthened his business expertise with a Business Analytics Nanodegree from Udacity, equipping him with the analytical mindset and strategic perspective essential for high-impact account leadership roles.
