Ceren Sarpege has taken on a prestigious new role as Offline Brand Manager – Prada, Valentino & Miu Miu at L’Oréal, marking another significant milestone in her growing international career within the luxury beauty and brand management industry.

With a strong portfolio across premium global brands, Ceren previously served as Regional Trade Marketing Specialist at DOLCE&GABBANA, where she led trade and e-trade strategies for DOLCE&GABBANA Beauty across regional markets. Prior to that, she worked as Regional Junior Brand Manager at Pernod Ricard, managing categories including Single Malt, Gin, Agave, and Aperitif portfolios. Her earlier experience includes a role as Regional Marketing Coordinator at Shiseido, overseeing luxury fragrance brands such as Narciso Rodriguez, Issey Miyake Parfums, and Serge Lutens, as well as serving as Associate – Commercial Team (Beauty) at noon, where she strengthened her expertise in category strategy and commercial operations. Across each position, she has demonstrated exceptional capabilities in brand positioning, regional activation, and luxury portfolio growth.

Academically, Ceren Sarpege holds a Double Major undergraduate degree in Economics and International Relations from Koç University, and also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from University of Mannheim, building a strong analytical and strategic foundation that supports her success in global brand leadership roles.
