His previous experience as Media & Content Associate at Saudi Youth Opportunities highlights his skill in storytelling, engagement, and youth empowerment.

Rayan also completed an intensive fellowship with Salam for Cultural Communication, equipping him with global leadership and diplomacy skills through 300+ hours of training, high-level speaker sessions, and cross-cultural engagements. Additionally, his internship at North Highland allowed him to deliver in-depth research, support capability building, and thrive in high-pressure consulting environments. Earlier, at Damin Insurance Broker, he contributed to digital content strategy and platform engagement, balancing professional growth with academic excellence.
