Saud Alotaibi has embarked on an exciting new journey as Customer Success Account Manager – Intern at Microsoft, where he is set to support client success initiatives and deliver impactful solutions across cloud and technology platforms. Saud combines his technical expertise in computer engineering with hands-on experience in cloud services, AI, and data analytics, enabling him to translate complex challenges into clear, actionable outcomes for clients.

Previously, Saud gained valuable experience at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as an Account Management Intern, where he contributed to demand generation, strategic client engagement, and pipeline development. Additionally, his internship at KAUST (King Abdullah University of Science and Technology) in Artificial Intelligence enhanced his skills in statistical modeling, predictive analysis, and computer vision projects, reflecting his strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

A graduate of King AbdulAziz University with a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, Saud is passionate about leveraging technology to drive business outcomes, foster innovation, and deliver measurable value.
