With deep expertise across talent management, learning and development, succession planning, HR business partnering, and performance management, Abdullah brings a results-driven and people-centric approach to organizational growth. Prior to this promotion, he served as Acting Director Human Capital Development at King Salman International Airport, where he led strategic workforce initiatives and talent programs. He also held the role of Talent Management Manager, driving succession frameworks, career management systems, and leadership pipelines. Earlier, Abdullah was Learning & Development Team Leader at Saudi Tadawul Group, where he strengthened organizational capability through structured learning programs. His tenure at stc includes progressive roles as Senior HR Business Partner Analyst, Senior HR Learning & Development Analyst, and HR Learning & Development Analyst, where he built competency frameworks, supported high-potential programs, led training need analyses, developed dashboards, implemented knowledge transfer initiatives, and supported organizational design and workforce planning. Earlier in his career, he worked as an IT Coordinator at Rotana Hotels and began his professional journey as a Customer Service Agent at MADAR Maintenance & Trading Co. Ltd., building a strong foundation in service excellence and operational support.
Abdullah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Service Management from Missouri State University, equipping him with a strong blend of technical, analytical, and people management expertise that continues to shape his impact in human capital leadership.
