With a strong background in talent acquisition, manpower planning, employer branding, and HR operations, Khaled brings extensive experience in managing high-volume recruitment, executive hiring, and workforce strategy across healthcare and corporate environments. At Al Salama Hospital, he advanced from Talent Acquisition Specialist to Manager, where he leads end-to-end recruitment operations, strengthens hiring frameworks, enhances candidate experience, and ensures compliance with labor regulations.
