Ali Malahi Appointed as Head of Emaar Valet Operations at Emaar

Ali Malahi has embarked on an exciting new chapter in his career with his appointment as Head of Emaar Valet Operations at Emaar, where he will lead high-impact service operations across some of Dubai’s most prestigious destinations.

With over a decade of distinguished experience in operations leadership, customer service excellence, and strategic performance management, Ali brings a powerful blend of discipline, innovation, and people-centric leadership to this role. At Emaar, he is responsible for overseeing large-scale valet operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, resolving complex service challenges, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights and operational excellence.

Prior to joining Emaar, Ali served with Dubai Police HQ for nearly 𝟭𝟮 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀, holding key leadership roles including Call Center Operations Supervisor, Criminal Investigator, and Patrol Officer. In these roles, he led high-performing teams, managed critical public service operations, and developed strong expertise in stakeholder engagement, crisis response, and operational efficiency—experience that now strengthens his leadership approach in the private sector.

Ali holds an MBA in Project Management from Abu Dhabi University and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Dubai Police Academy, underscoring his strong academic foundation in leadership, governance, and operational strategy.
